Phone workflow verification sheet

Example: make a four-photo collage for a 4 × 6 inch print. At 300 pixels per inch, the target is 1200 × 1800 pixels. This checks output geometry, not whether a particular app currently exports those dimensions.
Document the environment
Record device model, OS version, app version, country/store and free/paid plan before following a tutorial.
Keep originals
Use your own non-sensitive images. Record photo-library permissions and whether processing requires uploading. Do not test passport tools using someone else’s identity photo.
Verify the result
Save the actual file, reopen it and inspect pixel dimensions, crop, orientation, watermark and file type. Do not use an editor preview as proof of the exported result.
Verify timer behavior
For the timer guide, record the delay options visible in Photo and Portrait modes, the control path, Live Photos/Night settings and whether the saved result is a single image or sequence.
Compare total cost
Record export paywalls, trial duration, renewal price, cancellation route, print cost and postage separately. A free installation does not prove a free usable export.
Your record
Entries stay in this page and are not uploaded or automatically saved. Print or save as PDF before closing. The worked examples are fictional planning exercises, not completed field tests.
